If you are having difficulty connecting from one ShockWiz to another, it may be that you phone or tablet has difficulty managing Bluetooth connections, or that the Bluetooth cache on your phone needs to be cleared.
Disconnecting from ShockWiz - Device pairing may improve on your phone or tablet if you first disconnect from ShockWiz before connecting to another.
- Select the device ID/Name at the to of the screen to access the "Device Menu".
- Under the "Options" tab, select Disconnect. This will unpair the current device.
- Now that there is no ShockWiz paired to the ShockWiz app, select "Connect" to search.
Clear Bluetooth cache – Power cycle the phone or tablet to clear its Bluetooth cache.
